Réalis is dedicated to engineering a better future for our planet and its people. We are hiring a Senior Project Manager – GHG and Priority Projects with proven experience supporting large‑scale airport or equivalent infrastructure projects, focusing on GHG initiatives.
The Senior Project Manager will support a transformative airport infrastructure project and will be part of a high‑performing project team based in the west end of Toronto.
Your role- Work collaboratively alongside the other Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers to support the Program Lead.
- Work with the Program Lead to manage the performance of the contractor and to escalate necessary decisions.
- Interface with various internal and external stakeholder groups to align necessary consultations and approvals.
- Work with the contractor to coordinate required permits, approvals, consents, and site logistics.
- Oversee delivery of the works in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk requirements.
- Coordinate effective application of change‑control procedures and elevate decisions as required.
- Collaborate with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals—including design, health and safety, quality, environmental, security, etc.
- Collaborate with the wider team to coordinate procurement activities and contract management activities.
- Coach, mentor, and support the career development of staff.
- Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project/program management.
- Minimum five years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs, preferably with a focus on GHG initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs.
- Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting to enable effective decision making.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and/or applicable technical areas to deliver complex projects.
- Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance—preferably large program or project.
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings/workshops with groups of stakeholders.

Additionalinformation
Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $140,000 – $180,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters such as skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
