Your Main Responsibilities- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules;
- Coordinate and manage projects, including but not limited to:
- Designated Substances/Hazardous Materials Surveys;
- Indoor Air Quality Assessments;
- Mould and Water Damage Assessments;
- Hazardous Materials Tendering and Abatement Supervision;
- Potable Water;
- Asbestos Abatement Contractor Oversight, Inspections and Air Sampling;
- Radon Assessments.
- Coordinate projects in other areas of Environmental Consulting, if required;
- Manage project budgets and tracking;
- Generate and review technical reports, proposals, and qualification packages;
- Ensure technical procedures and work plans are followed;
- Coordinate with clients and team members on project schedules and deliverables;
- Participate in project management meetings, safety inspections, and office meetings;
- Deliver high-quality work to exceed client expectations;
- Maintain professionalism and objectivity in interactions;
- Handle challenging situations tactfully to maintain positive relationships;
- Perform project administration tasks such as timesheets, invoicing, and financial management.
- Undergraduate degree and/or applicable science/engineering diploma;
- At least 2 years of experience in indoor air quality or hazardous materials environmental consulting;
- Experience reviewing proposals, specifications, reports, and case studies;
- Knowledge of provincial and federal regulations;
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed);
- Ability to obtain provincial or federal security clearance;
- Commitment to occupational health and safety.
