What is the Opportunity?
We are thrilled to be looking for our next co-op candidate to support our project controls team with a focus on cost. This role will support our major projects within our civil east division in the GTA.
What You’ll Do Here:
Provide support to the project team for project control activities with a focus on costWork with various stakeholders to gather and disseminate risk related dataAssist and support Risk Director, Project Managers and Project Controls Analysts with risk analysis, benchmarking and document initiativesPresent findings to the projects team when requiredAnalyze historical project risk information and manage and maintain risk registersWork with the different functional groups to provide benchmarking information and feedback on risk management accuracy, and support development as requiredPerforms other duties and responsibilities as requiredWhat You Bring to the Team:
Currently in a University/Technical College pursuing Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementUnderstanding of project management, project controls or cost engineering processesGood communication and organizational skills are essentialExperience with Microsoft Word, Advance Excel, Outlook and Power PointProven track record of good performance and attendanceBasic presentation skillsBilingual in French is an assetReason for Vacancy: New
Pay Range
: $23 -$28
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
