Senior Water Wastewater Engineer
MPE, a division of Englobe, is seeking a  Senior Water Wastewater Engineer  to join our team and work in any one of our  Western Canadian office .

Solid background in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering in Water and Wastewater treatment system design.

Your main responsibilities

Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, which includes:

Water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Water pump stations, reservoirs, and distribution systems.

Wastewater lift stations and collection systems.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful execution.

Oversee technical reports, proposals, and engineering documentation.

Develop and submit proposals.

Pursue and secure water and wastewater projects by engaging in other business development initiatives.

Manage feasibility and piloting studies, environmental, capacity and condition assessments, and risk evaluations.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment and compliance.

Mentor and coach junior engineers and technologists.

Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.

What makes you unique

A minimum of 15 years' experience with a solid background in Civil and/or Environmental Process Engineering in water and/or wastewater treatment system design.

Be a registered P.Eng., P.L.(Eng.) or P.Tech.(Eng.) with extensive experience working on municipal projects in Alberta.

Have a working knowledge in Structural, HVAC, Electrical and Controls.

Demonstrates practical knowledge of construction methods and practices.

Communicate effectively and can lead a high-performing, multi-discipline team through design and contract administration.

Have a solid background in client service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
