Key Responsibilities
- Work on architectural design and coordination across all project phases within a Design-Build delivery framework.
- Oversee and manage multi-disciplinary coordination with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialty consultants.
- Ensure seamless integration of new construction with existing infrastructure, including renovation and retrofit strategies.
- Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, design-build partners, and client representatives to meet design performance requirements.
- Review architectural deliverables, shop drawings, and submittals.
- Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Professional degree in Architecture; licensed or eligible for licensure in Ontario.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in transit or large-scale public infrastructure projects.
- Working knowledge of TTC and Metrolinx Standards and design requirements.
- Strong working experience with Ontario Building Code, accessibility standards, and transit-specific design guidelines.
- Solid understanding of building systems and their integration.
- Experience with renovation projects within active transit environments.
- Strong working experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Comprehensive experience across all project phases, from initial concept through to construction.
- Background in the technology sector & Healthcare projects is considered an asset.
- Competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year (Toronto).
