A leading construction firm in Toronto is seeking an experienced Lead Estimator for their Transportation Estimating team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior estimators, and take full ownership of client-facing estimating activities. You will be responsible for preparing estimates for large-scale transit and infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and developing innovative estimating methods. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of estimating experience and a strong background in leading teams.
