Airswift is working with one of our major clients in the Oil & Gas industry to find an  Engineering Analyst  to join their team in  North York, ON . This is a  1-year contract  with the possibility of extension. In this role, you’ll assist with their Pressure Vessel and Tank Inspection Program and help ensure their facilities operate safely, reliably, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements across Canada.

What You’ll Do:

Support the inspection and compliance program for pressure vessels and tanks, including record reviews, inspection plan development, and evaluation of inspection results.

Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and operations teams to ensure inspections are completed accurately and on schedule.

Work under the guidance of senior integrity professionals to maintain high standards of safety and regulatory alignment.

Contribute to the Facilities Integrity Management Program (FIMP) to help assess, prioritize, and mitigate integrity threats across station assets.

Assist in evaluating threats, conducting assessments, and documenting findings to support safe and reliable operations.

Support project prioritization within the Asset Plan based on inspection outcomes and identified risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience or academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Inspection, QA/QC, or related discipline.

Understanding of pressure equipment, tanks, pipelines, or integrity programs (asset integrity, NDE, inspection coordination, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and interest in integrity engineering or regulatory compliance.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage inspection documentation.

Standards & Regulations You’ll Work With
You’ll help ensure compliance with key industry codes, including:

API 510, API 579, API 653

Regulatory authorities such as the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) and Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA)

Additional Information:
Pay rate: $26/h - $30/h
