Our client is a precision aerospace manufacturer producing complex, build-to-print components for global OEMs. With advanced machining technologies and an AS9100-regulated environment, we are expanding our programming group and hiring a
Senior CNC Programmer to lead process development, machining optimization, and New Product Introduction support.
This role is highly visible and critical to ensuring capability, schedule, and quality outcomes on new aerospace programs.
Your Responsibilities- Program and optimize3-, 4- & 5-axis CNC machining operations
- Lead machining readiness activities for new aerospace programs (NPI)
- Review
3D models and blueprints to determine machining strategies - Improve
cycle time, tool life, sequencing, probing routines - Design and validate
fixtures for precision work holding - Support
FAI / AS9102 machining validation and capability targets - Troubleshoot machining issues and guide corrective actions
- Identify risk early and implement preventive measures Provide
mentorship and technical direction to programmers and machinists - Ensure compliance with
AS9100 and customer specifications - Communicate updates and risk to leadership teams
- Permanent, full-time position
- Monday to Friday,
day shift - Competitive salary: $120,000-$130,000 (based on experience)

- Lead high-impact NPI launches and machining strategy improvements
- Strong technical team and collaborative culture
- 10+ years CNC programming experience in aerospace or high-tolerance machining
- Advanced CAM & simulation:
Mastercam / Vericut - Strong experience with
Inconel, Titanium, and nickel-based alloys - Fanuc & Siemens control knowledge (macro programming an asset)
- Excellent
GD&T and blueprint interpretation skills - Experience supporting
FAI and build-to-print manufacturing - Strong communicator with a
collaborative, team-first mindset
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience designing and optimizing fixtures
