Overview
As part of a brand‑new graduate program launching in 2026, you will work alongside experienced engineers, project managers, and consulting specialists. You’ll be expected to apply the skill set you develop during your studies to innovative projects and to embrace the mindset of a consultant. Your ambitions will be supported by mentorship, learning and development programmes, and a vibrant Early Career Professionals Network.

• Design engineering solutions
• Conduct and monitor site inspections
• Participate in project and client meetings
• Refine technical designs and documentation
• Analyze reports and specifications
• Explore project and client management

• Build connections through the Early Career Professionals Network

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Successful completion of the EIT exam, or ability to take the EIT exam within 12 months
• Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through prior internships, volunteering, or organisational memberships
• Creative thinking skills with a methodical, pragmatic approach to problem‑solving
• Proficient communication and presentation skills for confident engagement with clients and colleagues
• Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and value delivery
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork

Location & Working Arrangements
Toronto, ON, Canada – reliable commute to the office is required in line with our hybrid working policy.
