Could you be the full‑time Project Configuration and Change Manager in Toronto, ON we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Configuration and Change Management (CCM) in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.

You’ll play a key role in leading CCM activities for the Supervision Control Center (SCC) team within the OnCorr project, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across stakeholders. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including the legacy GTCS project and OnCorr), implement and monitor the Configuration Management Plan, and ensure compliance with project standards and deliverables.

You’ll specifically take care of configuring data management tools for CCM needs and validating configuration items against baselines, but also ensuring accurate status accounting and traceability of changes.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying CCM procedures, instructions, and templates while training project team members
  • Implementing and monitoring adherence to the Configuration Management Plan (CMP)
  • Reporting CCM performance indicators and escalating issues as needed
  • Providing evidence for Development for Quality (DfQ) gates related to CCM deliverables
  • Monitoring configuration recording and traceability for each product
  • Overseeing execution and implementation phases of change requests
  • Organizing and leading Change Boards for implementation
  • Ensuring accelerated processes are correctly applied and maintaining end‑to‑end traceability of approved changes
All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience or understanding of Configuration and Change Management in complex projects
  • Knowledge of railway products, systems, and components (desirable)
  • Familiarity with CCM tools such as IBM DOORS, IBM Clear Quest, AEC tpPLM, or IBM EWM
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented, systematic, and proactive approach to work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
