Position: SAP Plant Maintenance (eAM) Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking a SAP Plant Maintenance (eAM) Lead to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).
Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Lead Funcitonal SAP Plant Maintenance (eAM)
Act as functional expert for SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM S/4 HANA Data MigrationAnalyzing legacy data, quality check of submitted load files, testing load quality, leading user testing and acceptance of load process, providing input into specifications for automated data migration transformation rules, analysis and identification of duplicate records and other activities required for successful and on time data migration.Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project Data Migration requirements with proposed solutionsPerform detailed analysis of customer requirements to produce custom solution specifications if anyProvide direction to SAP BODS / ADM development teams for solution realization and participate, as necessary, during coding, testing, documentation and maintenance activitiesWork closely with Data Migration team to document data migration requirements, on project planning and load scheduling, testing and troubleshooting, as well as issue resolutionBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Extensive experience (min 10yrs) in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) Implementations / RolloutsPrevious experience (min 5yrs) in SAP S/4 HANA Implementations/Data Migrations/Rollout experienceSAP S/4 HANA Data migration expertise (min 2yrs) in SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM Master / transaction DataGood experience (min 3yrs) in SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM Master Data Migration objects like Functional Location, Equipment, Spare parts, BOM’s (FL, EQ, ML), Task List (GL, FL, EQ), Calibration Equipment related Master Data like MIC’s, TL, Maintenance Plans, Measuring Points etc.Ability to lead business workshops for blueprinting activities with minimum expertise of 1-2yrsProven experience with Migration Cockpit, including at least one successful migration project.Extensive experience with LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), with a minimum of one year of experience or involvement in at least one successful project.Preferable:
Familiarity with QM (Quality Management) and MM (Materials Management) master data objects, with at least one year of experience or completion of a successful project.Knowledge of IDoc (Intermediate Document), demonstrated through participation in at least one project.#LI-North America
