About the Opportunity
Parker Huggett is conducting an exclusive search on behalf of a leading Canadian contractor that is transforming how major ICI projects are delivered in the GTA. With over $2 billion in newly awarded collaborative contracts, including Alliance and Progressive Design-Build models, this firm is moving beyond traditional procurement and into a smarter, more integrated approach to construction.
This is a strategic opportunity for a Senior Estimator to play a central role in shaping project outcomes from the earliest stages. You’ll be embedded in a team that values collaboration, transparency, and innovation, where estimators are not just pricing projects, but helping define how they’re built.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Lead estimating efforts for large-scale ICI projects under collaborative delivery models such as Alliance and Progressive Design-BuildEngage directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop scope, budgets, and delivery strategiesAnalyze project risks, market conditions, and cost trends to support informed decision-makingMentor junior estimators and contribute to a high-performance team culture.Participate in preconstruction planning sessions that influence design, schedule, and executionAbout You
The successful candidate will have the following:
8+ years of experience in ICI estimating, with exposure to collaborative or alternative delivery modelsStrong understanding of cost planning, construction methodologies, and market dynamicsProven ability to lead complex estimates and contribute to strategic project developmentExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with Alliance, Progressive Design-Build, or similar integrated delivery models is a strong assetAbout the Job
