Project Director

Our client is a leading global consultancy specializing in innovative infrastructure and mobility solutions. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to grow the project pipeline.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions.

Conduct independent technical reviews and ensure quality assurance across all project phases.

Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.

Promote the organization’s capabilities through industry engagement, presentations, and publications.

Mentor and coach technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Oversee proposal development, including writing, reviewing, and approving submissions.

Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Lead the delivery of large-scale transportation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.

Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum 20 years of experience in transportation or municipal infrastructure projects.

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).

Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for team development.

Demonstrated ability to deliver complex engineering solutions and manage technical risk.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience with proposal strategy and bid management.

RAQS qualification is an asset.
