Our rail business in Canada is characterized by major projects with design-build/progressive design-build/alliance delivery models. We are looking to add an additional Project Director to our leadership team to help lead these priority rail pursuits in Canada. You would lead Arup’s pursuit, including preparation of responses to RFQs and RFPs, commercial negotiations, and collaborative behavior assessment. This role will include coordinating and collaborating with a large multi-firm design team and interface with our contractor clients and collaborators.

Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is 270,000 to 330,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
