As an experienced Quality Engineering Lead professional expertise in test automation and quality engineering working for our leading client This role demands a strong blend of technical proficiency leadership and strategic thinking to drive product excellence
- Define and implement end to end test strategies for functional integration regression and performance testing
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for APIs and backend services
- Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines for continuous delivery
- Establish best practices for defect prevention and risk based testing
- Drive root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective measures
- Mentor QA team members and promote a culture of quality engineering
- Conduct performance load and resilience testing for critical applications
- Manage test environments and ensure proper test data setup for complex workflows
