A fintech startup is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead architectural direction and mentor engineers in downtown Toronto. You will be responsible for building critical systems and making impactful technical decisions. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in distributed systems and must possess full-stack expertise, particularly in financial applications.
This role offers a competitive salary between CAD $170,000 to CAD $200,000, equity options, and various perks including catered lunches on Fridays.
