Position:
Sessional Lecturer in Ecology for Summer 2026. The role involves teaching, grading, and assisting with practical sessions, and supervision of instructional assistants.
- Ph.D. degree in Biology or related field.
- Previous teaching experience in this course or similar courses.
- Academic qualifications, teaching ability, and suitability for the position.
- Prepare and deliver course content, including lectures and practical sessions.
- Develop, administer, and grade assignments, tests and exams, calculate and submit grades.
- Hold regular office hours to contact students.
- Complete all grading, including make‑up exams.
- Supervise the day‑to‑day work of Sessional Instructional Assistants or Teaching Assistants assigned to the course.
- $9,820.70 – Sessional Lecturer I
- $10,510.04 – Sessional Lecturer I – Long Term
- $10,510.24 – Sessional Lecturer II
- $10,760.28 – Sessional Lecturer II – Long Term
- $11,030.36 – Sessional Lecturer III – Long Term
