Candidates can expect to travel to various communities and partake in major initiatives, projects, and programs that have a national reach and large impacts on communities we work with.

The Quality Assessment Program Implementer for Schools and Partners will play a key role in strengthening the quality, consistency, and impact of Jays Care programming across Canada. This position focuses on delivering inclusive baseball experiences for children and youth facing barriers, while supporting communities to build safe, engaging, and high-quality environments for play.
Coordinators travel extensively to partner sites, primarily across Ontario, to assess program delivery, model best practices, and collaborate with local leaders to ensure every participant feels a sense of belonging, connection, and joy.
