$65, to start, DOE

Worksite Safety Compliance Centre is expanding its instructor‑led training team for the CPO‑approved Working at Heights program. If you are a knowledgeable and experienced health and safety instructor passionate about working at heights safety, this role is for you.

• Deliver engaging and informative Working at Heights training to job seekers, the general public, and construction industry members.
• Evaluate participants through practical skills and written assessment.
• Organize, file and submit digital and hard copy participant records following training.
• Potentially deliver other courses such as Forklift Training, Mobile Elevated Work Platform Training, Confined Space Entry and Rescue and more.
• Participate in team meetings and instructor development workshops.

• 3+ years experience delivering training.
• Background in construction management and/or other fall hazard‑related industry.
• Work experience or certification in occupational health & safety preferred.
• Strong interest educating people on the importance and value of health & safety training.
• Self‑starter who is able to work independently while also contributing to a team.
• Strong presentation and adult‑engagement skills.
• Forklift, mobile elevated work platforms and confined space entry and rescue considered an asset.
• Valid Ontario’s Driver Licence – occasional travel by car for work.
• Able to legally work in Canada.
