How you’ll make an impact:

As a Student, Digital Transformation
, you will be working as part of the Digital Transformation team within Client Services to support a company-wide initiative leading to a client-centric and highly digital organization. You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the company to support the overall initiative.

You will have the opportunity to:

Gather and analyze information to help track initiatives

Participate in planning and execution of digital initiatives

Be part of a team and contribute to an important strategic initiative

Learn about and interact with various divisions across Fidelity

What we’re looking for:

You are detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills

You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power Point

You like working with a team as well as autonomously

You know when to take initiative and when to ask for clarification or help

You are comfortable interacting with people at varying levels of the organization

Are confident in your ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing demands

You must be enrolled in a registered co-op program to be considered for this opportunity

You must be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the term

Competitive Pay for Specialized Talent

This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The undergraduate hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $27.00
, based on experience and qualifications.
