What does a Digital Producer do at Hogarth?We’re looking for an experienced Intermediate Digital Producer who builds positive relationships with clients and co‑workers, particularly within the U.S. client team. The role manages the entire project lifecycle through Hogarth and its partners, taking charge of internal, external, and trafficking preparation. You’ll be the primary contact for Clients, Producers, DEV, Creatives and Account teams, working closely with the EP, Artists and other Studio Producers.
Success requires strategic thinking, creative problem‑solving, and a determination to make it happen.
- Brief the creative team on new digital project needs
- Work with project management and account teams on client requests, timelines and budgets
- Accountable for day‑to‑day ad trafficking of banner/video ads and 1x1 tags in Campaign Manager (CM)
- Serve as an in‑house subject‑matter expert on all things CM and ad trafficking for large‑scale paid media display executions
- Manage the inflow and outflow of asset packs from various stakeholders
- Lead tagging (floodlights), campaign/placement/URL strings naming standardization and campaign restructure for easier reporting
- Own the optimal campaign setups to drive business objectives and troubleshoot serving issues
- Develop SOPs to ensure all ad trafficking requests are organized, prioritized and executed in a timely manner (within 48 hrs)
- Ensure the quality of deliverables to clients by checking all assets adhere to brand guidelines, marketing/partner specifications and test creative for functionality
- Liaise with designers and developers to ensure consistency and quality across materials that meet requirements
- Direct rapport and best‑practice sharing with in‑house creative developers to execute HTML5s and rich media units using Studio (including expandable rich media, dynamic assets and video)
- Work closely with display and paid social channel leads to establish timelines and requirements for proper and timely execution
- Partner with analytics and measurement teams, aligning strategies to KPIs and tracking pixels
- Strong competency with managing and controlling project scope, schedule, budget and resource management
- Able to develop status reports and work with project leaders to ensure all resources are accounted for
- History of working collaboratively with internal and external resources
- Excellent communication skills, including clear and concise communication of workflows to stakeholders less familiar with the space
- Familiarity with ADA standards regarding digital compliance at the AA level
- 3+ years in digital interactive production experience or AdOps with a track record of success managing CM, the Google ecosystem, and Jira
- Experience with a focus on‑site and third‑party served OLA, social content and online video in an agency setting
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from CA $45,000 to CA $95,000. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience and qualifications.
