Senior Brand & Marketing Designer — Role Summary

We’re looking for our next Senior Brand & Marketing Designer. You will join Questrade Financial Group and Flexiti, and help drive the brand evolution. You will collaborate with product designers, copywriters, and marketing directors to provide strategically aligned and creatively compelling design across surfaces—from our website and emails to digital ads and physical retail displays. You will help refresh the Flexiti brand and ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.

This role reports to the Director of Product Design.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the visual evolution of the Flexiti brand identity system to ensure design consistency and craft across thousands of retail touchpoints.
  • Brainstorm, concept, collaborate, comp, and present innovative and exciting creative that garners buy-in while netting measurable results.
  • Create design solutions and strategic marketing assets that deliver impact and improve customer loyalty for projects including, but not limited to email, out of home, print, web banners, digital experiences, social assets, etc.
  • Establish and work with consistency across multiple channels
  • Elevate the craft of the work and deliver premium, modern design solutions.
  • Work closely with the Design and Production Teams to execute and scale all marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Proactive thinking around improving creative team processes, tools, and templates.
  • Share best practices and innovative creative solutions from the competitive landscape with a continuous pulse on current trends and noteworthy activities.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and carefully refine design elements to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all deliverables.
