Our Toronto office is seeking an architect or technologist with experience of detailing cladding to join our team.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our Toronto office and working in-person. Reporting to a Project Manager, the successful candidate will work on one of our project teams to produce high-standard Revit construction drawings and details.
Duties and Responsibilities
Produce detailed cladding and envelope drawings using Revit, with an emphasis on technicality and accuracy.Work closely with architects and senior technologists to translate design into technical cladding details, particularly for large-scale and commercial buildings.Assist in resolving technical issues.Assist in reviews of submittals and shop drawings related to cladding elements.Ensure all work meets Adamson standards for quality.Complete work upon agreed deadlines.Skills/Qualifications
Proficiency in Revit is required.5-8 years of experience in architectural production (DD, CD), with demonstrated experience in cladding and building envelope systems.Experience with commercial, mixed-use, and residential buildings.Knowledge of cladding systems and their performance considerations.Excellent communication skills.Team player able to work collaboratively in groups of 3-30.Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 annually.
