You must have a Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience7+ years of experience in Design, with supporting portfolioExperience in mentoring and managing Design resources

Lead and manage a Design squad/pod to achieve business objectives within a specific domain/program journey, driving and orchestrating the design activities as well as ensuring design work is delivered on time with high quality that complies with the new Design SystemLead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring that designs align with product goalsEstablishing regular check-ins to ensure progress towards business objectives, and providing coaching, guidance, and mentoring to drive excellence in performance and behaviorPush AI integration in Design by actively driving exploration of AI tools with your team to boost design efficiency. Support the team in integrating AI to automate tasks, enhance workflows, and improve the overall design process.Support the growth and development of the team, including building designer capability through feedback and coaching, and contribute to the recruitment and retention of high-performing talentCollaborate with Product, IT, business, and cross-functional team members to solve user needsSalary Range: CAD $, - CAD $,
