My client is building the next generation of online entertainment and is seeking an experienced, proactive Product Designer to join a lean, high‑performing product team. You will work closely with the Head of Product to lead a full redesign of their sports betting and casino platforms, while developing a best‑in‑class design system from the ground up.

This is a high‑ownership, high‑impact position where design is treated as a core strategic driver. You will shape user experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and conversion‑focused—directly influencing growth initiatives such as onboarding optimization and improved user journeys.

This role is ideal for an intermediate to senior designer who thrives in fast‑paced environments and wants full ownership of product design within a rapidly growing organization.

• Lead end‑to‑end redesigns of core platform experiences, delivering scalable and intuitive UX.
• Build, maintain, and evolve a cohesive design system in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership on roadmap priorities.
• Apply a user‑centered, data‑informed approach to improving sign‑up conversion and simplifying workflows.
• Contribute to shaping and elevating design culture and best practices across the company.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creativity.

• 4+ years of product design experience with a strong end‑to‑end portfolio.
• High sense of ownership and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including design systems and scalable component architecture.
• Ability to excel in a hybrid, collaborative, startup‑minded environment.
• Experience in sports betting, iGaming, or financial platforms is a bonus (not required).
• Comfortable working with and experimenting with AI/LLM‑powered design tools.
