Coordinator, Media Planning , Cossette Media

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly collaborative team and clients directly. You will assist Planners in developing media strategies for various clients. Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $40,000-$45,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.

• Support planners in carrying out media plans based on the chosen strategy;
• Build rapport with vendor representatives and manage agency/client relations on an ongoing basis;
• Execute and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) + Media Purchase Authorization (MPA) processes;
• Research, evaluate, and negotiate with media suppliers;
• Analyze and interpret data from various databases;
• Coordinate media plan information with buyers and agency advisors;
• Ensure campaign monitoring and budget management.

• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environments;
• Willingness to learn and adapt;
• Able to work on several files at the same time, with tight deadlines;
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Creative thinking;
• Organization and rigor;
• Experience in the media field (an asset);
• A keen sense of initiative
