Product Designer

Compensation: $150 - $200k plus equity compensation

The Staff Product Designer is responsible for leading end‑to‑end product design across mobile and web platforms. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality UI/UX, simplifying complex financial workflows, and contributing to the evolution of a scalable design system. The ideal candidate brings strong visual design skills, mobile experience, and the ability to independently own complex product areas in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead product design from discovery through production-ready UI
• Design mobile and web experiences with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and visual quality
• Simplify complex workflows, including payments and financial features
• Own large, ambiguous problem spaces and drive design decisions independently
• Establish and evolve a design system to ensure consistency across platforms
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the development lifecycle
• Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Ensure high standards of UI design, interaction design, and overall craftsmanship
• Apply attention to detail across layout, hierarchy, spacing, motion, and edge cases

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI Design
• Proven experience designing and shipping mobile applications
• Strong visual design and UI skills
• Experience working with or building design systems
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile, or startup environments

• Experience designing fintech, payments, or complex workflow-based products
• Experience designing for both consumer and small business users
• Background at companies with strong product and design culture
