Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000

This well established architectural practice is based in the beautiful Okanagan area in BC and has built a strong reputation for thoughtful design, reliable delivery, and long standing client relationships. The studio works across a diverse mix of residential, commercial, civic, and community based projects including multifamily residential buildings, public use facilities, and small to mid scale commercial developments. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced architectural technologist who enjoys working across a variety of project types and wants meaningful involvement from documentation through construction. You will have real ownership, exposure to residential, commercial, civic, and community projects, and the ability to contribute directly to project delivery. Our client is seeking a technically strong Architectural Technologist with advanced Revit skills and a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience working within architectural firms. The role involves supporting and leading technical documentation and coordination across multifamily residential, commercial, civic, and community projects. You will work closely with architects, consultants, and construction teams, contributing to high quality drawing sets and supporting projects from permit through construction.

This role is well suited to someone who is confident in Revit, comfortable working across multiple building types, and enjoys problem solving, coordination, and collaboration within a studio environment.

• Prepare and manage architectural drawings in Revit across all project phases
• Support permit and construction document packages with a high level of technical accuracy
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil consultants
• Assist with construction phase support including RFIs, shop drawings, and site coordination
  
  Contribute to technical detailing for building envelope, structural systems, and interiors
• Participate in site reviews and project meetings as required
• Maintain clear, organized documentation and proactive communication across project teams
• Apply working knowledge of BCBC and municipal requirements throughout project delivery

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or a Bachelor's or Master's of Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of post graduate experience within architectural firms
• Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing detailed drawing sets
• Experience on multifamily residential, commercial, civic, or community projects
• Solid technical understanding of wood frame and concrete construction
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
• Organized, reliable, and collaborative with a long term mindset
