Studio Paolo Ferrari is seeking a Project Lead/Director to lead exceptional interior design projects, working with international brands across luxury hospitality and residential sectors. You’ll collaborate with an award‑winning team on projects that are conceptually rich, meticulously detailed, and created for some of the world’s most respected brands and clients.

Full‑time position based in Toronto, Canada. Candidates must be Canada‑based or possess a valid work visa.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognised institution
• Familiarity with OAA standards / OBC knowledge
• 10–15+ years of architecture / interior design experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or client‑facing role
• Software proficiency:
  AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite and other project‑management tools
• Strong skills in project management, client management, team leadership and technical documentation
• Clear communicator (verbal and written), solution‑oriented mindset, strong leadership presence with a collaborative style

• Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring design vision and intent are upheld at every stage
• Oversee project schedules, budgets and deliverables to maintain quality and alignment with studio standards
• Mentor and support designers across project phases, fostering growth and creative excellence
• Review and approve all major project outputs prior to client presentations or implementation
• Represent the studio in external meetings and industry events when appropriate
• Contribute to internal culture through leadership, initiatives and creative engagement
