Director of Brand Enablement & Data Visualization

The Director of Brand Enablement & Data Visualization will lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of brand enablement technologies, templates, and resources. This role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva, with proven expertise in information design and data visualization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand enablement strategy that equips global teams with tools, templates, and resources for consistent, high‑quality brand experiences across all platforms.
  • Manage and optimize brand‑related platforms including MS Office, Brand In (Bright Carbon), SharePoint Brand Center, and Canva, ensuring brand governance and consistency across digital assets and communications.
  • Create and maintain a suite of user‑friendly templates using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and other brand tools to empower the global workforce in producing on‑brand materials efficiently.
  • Provide expert‑level support for high‑priority presentations, translating strategic insights and data into clear, engaging visuals that enhance decision‑making.
  • Partner with teams and regions to integrate brand enablement efforts, promote adoption through education and training, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Offer flexible design support across varied creative needs, including desktop publishing, info graphic creation, and reusable visual assets, contributing to brand‑aligned materials.
  • Stay current with design, visualization, and enablement trends; introduce new technologies and practices to enhance storytelling, engagement, and operational efficiency.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Information Design, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, creative services, or visual communications, with a strong focus on presentation design and template development.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing brand platforms and enablement tools.
  • Demonstrated success in developing enterprise‑level templates and visual storytelling for executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Design Strategy, Brand Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in a global organization, financial services, or B2B industry verticals.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and brand enablement tools (e.g., Bright Carbon, Canva).
  • Experience supporting C‑suite communications and high‑impact presentations.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating advanced presentation design and data visualization capabilities.
Skills and Abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with expert‑level presentation design skills.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Proficiency in Canva and other template‑based design platforms.
  • Exceptional skills in information design, data visualization, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams and influence without authority.
  • Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Experience with SharePoint, Brand In (Bright Carbon), and Marketo.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and accessibility standards in visual design.
  • Knowledge of brand governance frameworks and digital asset management.
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Motion Graphics, and associated JSON and Lottie file types.

Compensation Range: $97,450.00 – $ Annual

Benefits: Base pay varies by job‑related knowledge and experience. RGA provides an annual bonus plan, long‑term equity incentive plan participation for eligible roles, and a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
