Position: Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Coordinator

** Keep integration tasks up to date in our Sales Force system, making sure all timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked.
1 - 2 years of professional experience in operations, dental practice administration, project coordination, or a comparable role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with clinicians and office staff

Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several timelines simultaneously.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate obstacles and escalate issues appropriately. Collaborative team player with a proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships quickly.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate partners in different provinces and time zones. * The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
