Reporting to the Senior Manager, youβll ensure training and workflows are effectively implemented at the clinic level.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Training & Implementation- Train dental professionals on digital workflows & patient education π²π¦·
- Guide teams on best practices with digital scanning technology π¬
- Support integration of perio, ortho, restorative care πͺ₯π
- Coach dental hygiene teams for consistent, top-notch patient care π©βοΈπ
- Deliver virtual π» & in-person π’ training sessions
- Create documents & guides for best practice adoption π
- Provide chairside support for hygiene, orthodontics, and patient scanning π¦·π
- Partner with clinic teams to streamline workflows & communication βοΈπ€
- Implement systems to improve treatment planning & case acceptance π
- Gain buy-in from Office Managers & Doctors π©βοΈπ§βοΈ
- Follow up to ensure accountability & adoption β
- Monitor clinic needs and track training effectiveness π
- Ensure adherence to industry standards & regulatory compliance π‘οΈ
- Partner with Senior Manager to execute strategic initiatives π
- Stay updated on trends in digital dentistry π»π¦·, hygiene πͺ₯, orthodontics π, and patient care π©Ί
- Collaborate with operations & education teams to review clinic training needs π€π
- Active Dental Hygiene License/Registration π¦·
- 10+ years in Dental Hygiene + 5+ years mentoring experience π©βοΈπ
- Thrive under pressure β‘, prioritize tasks π, collaborate effectively π€
- Influence and guide doctors & teams to take action π¦·π©βοΈ
- Strong presentation & communication skills π£οΈ
- Digital scanning experience (iTero preferred) π¬π»
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for hygiene teams π
- Computer proficient (Microsoft Office Suite π»)
- Travel up to 80% βοΈ (mostly day travel, some overnight π)
- Experience in orthodontics/clear aligner therapy π
- Active driverβs license π; able to lift up to 15 lbs ποΈ
