Treatment Coordinator - STO Orthodontists

STO Orthodontists is seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving practice in Scarborough, Ontario. Please note that this role will have some responsibilities in Marketing as well. This is a replacement position within our established orthodontic team.

• Guide visitors through their initial appointment as a new patient.
• Facilitate consultations, discuss their dental concerns, and relay them to the doctors.
• Review treatment options recommended by our doctors.
• Present treatment fees and payment options.
• Develop an annual social media/marketing plan and budget working closely with the Practice Manager and within the Marketing Home Office guidelines to deliver against practice objectives and targets.
• Lead the planning, development and execution of our external social media/marketing programs and campaigns by location to drive new patient demand, engage existing patients and nurture referral sources.
• Attract new patients through traditional marketing efforts.
• Leverage social media events to promote office activities as needed.
• Support the Marketing Home Office team.
• Manage and drive engagement through owned social channels.
• Track and monitor performance of marketing efforts including ROI to improve performance and seek ongoing feedback.
• Keep a pulse on market trends and the competitive landscape, reporting on competitor marketing campaigns, communications, and positioning.
• Ensure marketing initiatives and website are compliant with local regulatory guidelines.

• You will be working at both of our locations:
  • Scarborough Town Centre:
    Mondays 10am-3pm, Tuesdays-Thursdays 10am-6pm, Fridays 9:30am-2:30pm
  • West Hill:
    Mondays (1-2 per month) and Thursdays 8am-4:30pm

• 1+ years of Dental or Ortho office experience considered an asset.
• Previous social media/marketing/business/communications experience considered an asset.
• Professional experience using Facebook and Instagram for a business or organization considered an asset.
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator considered an asset.
• Knowledge and experience with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred.
