A cultural institution in Toronto seeks a Lead Promotions Ambassador to engage visitors and promote exhibitions. Responsibilities include delivering guided tours and leading promotional experiences. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or education, experience in customer service, and strong leadership skills. Bilingualism in French and English is a plus.
