Airline Stewardess Air

The Elite Job is seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals for the role of Airline Stewardess with Air Canada. As a key member of the cabin crew, you will ensure passenger safety, deliver exceptional in-flight service, and create a welcoming travel experience. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Greet passengers and assist them in finding their seats.

• Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are communicated and followed.

• Perform pre-flight and post-flight safety checks of cabin equipment.

• Provide food and beverage service during flights, including special meal requests.

• Address passenger inquiries and provide assistance throughout the journey.

• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, ensuring passenger safety at all times.

• Maintain cabin cleanliness and stock inventory of supplies.

• Assist passengers with boarding, baggage, and disembarkation.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

• Fluency in English; bilingual abilities (French or other languages) are an asset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Height and weight proportionate to maintain safety standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience is highly desirable.

• Previous experience as a flight attendant or in the airline industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Flexible schedule with varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• International and domestic travel required, with layovers in different cities.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and first aid certification (training provided if needed).

• Ability to handle stressful and emergency situations effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Physical stamina to work long hours and assist passengers with baggage.
