• Establish leads, schedule visits, determine customer needs, and market suitable products or services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service. Answer questions regarding insurance coverage schedules, eligibility, protections, policy modifications, transfers, case submissions, and billing clarification.
• Collaborate with the representative to set and achieve marketing goals.
