The Customer Service;
Order & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting customers in managing their orders including inbound and outbound activities. This role ensures timely and efficient processing of orders, compliance with international trade regulations, and exceptional customer experience from order placement to delivery.
- Order Processing and Coordination: Process, enter, and track orders from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment. Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Customer Communication: Provide proactive updates to customers on order status, potential delays, and issue resolution. Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status, customs clearance, delivery, and logistics, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Shipment Tracking and Updates: Monitor shipment progress, communicating and providing regular updates to customers regarding shipment tracking and any delays or changes to maintain transparency.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including customs documentation, tariffs, and international trade laws.
Review and verify all shipping and customs documents to avoid compliance issues.
- Problem Resolution: Address issues related to delays, discrepancies and other order/shipment related challenges by collaborating with internal team and external partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, logistics partners and customers to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and meet customer expectations and align with company goals. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on customer service activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, including orders, shipments, and communications for audit and reporting purposes.
- Previous relevant experience minimum 1 year
- Preference will be given to candidates with import and export experience.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
