A rapidly growing technology company in Toronto is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Team Leader to manage the US Customer Success team. This player-coach role combines team leadership with direct customer ownership to ensure successful onboarding and value extraction from the platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing customer-facing teams and excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus.

This position is integral to supporting global customers and driving customer success.
