Position: Implementation Specialist I
Overview  JOB BRIEF At Green Slate, we make our clients’ needs a priority, knowing that our customer service sets us apart from our competitors. We’re looking for an outgoing individual with a passion for technology and desire to provide an exceptional level of service to join our growing implementation team. As the implementation specialist, you’ll be responsible for project onboarding/setup while providing clients with a friendly, positive and knowledgeable experience.

The goal is to ensure that all users of the company software and project onboarding portal have the information and tools they need, and the knowledge to use it. This role is remote within the United States.

What We Expect From You

Complete software project setups and modifications as required by the client

Configure complex approval workflows

Support onboarding of key production team members, including Studio Executives, Executive Producers, Producers, Production Managers, and Accountants

Upload production-specific policies and map fillable fields

Convert Word or PDF docs into the system, reformatting and reviewing them to ensure accuracy before finalizing

Provide client support services by answering calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner

Utilize project management tool, Asana, to track the client’s journey

Analyze client questions and concerns, escalating problems to appropriate teams/departments and handling problems to the satisfaction of the client

Assist with answering basic software questions to assist users with navigating the software

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree

Customer Service: 2+ years

Software implementation/Project Onboarding: 1+ years

The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure

The ability to hold oneself accountable for completing their own tasks correctly

Self-monitoring, self-aware and self-correcting

A desire to find the solution, not just finish the task

Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior customer service

Excitement to learn the ins and outs of Green Slate software platforms

Experience supporting accounting or other business operations software

Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus!

Excellent listening and communications skills

Extremely focused, highly organized and detail oriented
