Join Our Team as an Overnight Customer Service Representative (CSR) at CTVRC/EC!

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment? The Central Toronto Veterinary and Referral & Emergency Clinic (CTVRC/EC) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our clinic and an integral part of our client care team.

Compensation:
  • $20 - $22 based on advanced knowledge and experience
  • Overnight Premium: $2/hour (7pm-7am)
  • Weekend Premium: $2/hour (7am-7pm)

Schedule:
  • Three 12‑hour shifts, Overnights
  • Weekend rotation
About the Role:

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our specialty and emergency departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

What You’ll Do:
  • Client Interaction:
    Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage check‑ins.
  • Administrative Support:
    Prepare forms and certificates, file and retrieve medical records, and maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Billing and Payments:
    Perform basic invoicing, billing, and account procedures.
  • Phone Management:
    Answer and direct calls through a multi‑phone line system.
  • Liaison Work:
    Coordinate with referring veterinary facilities to request necessary records and information.
  • Record Keeping:
    Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
