Leading Furniture Manufacturer is looking for a full-time Customer Service & Order Entry Administrator.
FULL TIME JOB. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 40 HOURS A WEEK.
NO CASH JOBS. SIN REQUIRED.
Location:
North York (Keele and Steeles)
Shifts available: Morning shift:
Mon-Fri _ 9am-5pm
Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Three years experience in a manufacturing environment
Can navigate through CSM and internal portals.
Detail oriented, organized, quick learner
Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft office, and Google Office platforms
Strong written skills and phone etiquette.
Strong customer service, problem solving, multi tasking, time management, and order processing skills
Physical Job Demand: This position requires a candidate to be able to perform these demands.

Constant (up to 90% of the shift)
Rarely – may be required to lift boxes under 25lb.

Continuous Keyboard and mouse operation (6 – 8 hours daily)
Visual acuity for a prolonged screen time and detailed order verification.
