- Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow-up, sales order pricing, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment for B2B apparel manufacturing clients.
- Provide customer service regarding the company’s services and products.
- Identify customer needs and determine appropriate action.
- Investigate and resolve product, service, or billing complaints professionally and collaboratively.
- Use a CRM to track customer queries.
- Use an ERP to enter and track the status of orders.
- Champion customer needs and follow up on inquiries.
- Act as principal liaison for Commercial for the customer base.
- Support all aspects of service to the customer, including price quotes, technical and product recommendations.
- Initiate and implement initiatives that improve customer service and responsiveness.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling for open orders.
- Proactively communicate supply‑chain issues and provide alternatives.
- Provide responsive order‑management support, including order entry, expediting, and shipment information to customers.
- Collaborate and back‑up team members when workload requires it.
- Partner with Commercial to assist in achieving sales goals.
- Work closely with the logistics team or search the system for tracking/shipping information to provide it to customers.
- Experience in a fast‑paced high‑volume apparel or manufacturing environment is required.
- Team sports experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of Customer Service or related experience is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and telephone skills.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills; detail‑oriented with good follow‑up abilities.
- Knowledgeable about technical aspects of assigned product lines and customers.
- Able to manage many priorities and issues effectively.
- Understanding of applicable systems, such as Google Suite and local ERP.
