Bilingual Collections Associate

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a bilingual collections specialist based out of Toronto, Canada to work for one of our client's headquarters in Kansas City. This person will be responsible for handling inbound client calls that are related to collections requests. This role is a hybrid position, with three days in office and Tuesday being mandatory. During the first 60 days, the person will be required to be fully onsite for training before transitioning to hybrid.

A candidate with great customer service skills and experience handling collections will be a good fit for this position.
