5+ years relevant experience
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and work management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure and optimize content performance.
Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) to collaborate with UX designers on visual content development.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a digital content designer, content strategist, UX writer, or similar role.
Retail & Telecommunications Expertise:
Experience in the retail and telecommunications industry is an asset, with an understanding of eCommerce and service journey analytics considered a bonus.
Proven ability to create content that is clear, engaging, and on-brand across multiple digital platforms.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards (AODA compliance).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent user experiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A creative mindset with a problem-solving approach to content design.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
