We’re looking for an ambitious & curious Assistant Account Executive who will serve as a key assistant supporting the Canadian market while partnering closely with global teams to localize and deliver campaigns across film, digital, social, and emerging platforms. This role sits at the center of our process to help keep projects organized, moving, and delivered accurately.

The Work
  • Author and distribute client hot sheets, status updates, global updates, and meeting notes.
  • Maintain and track project documents, timelines, and internal trackers.
  • Support the Account Executive and/or Account Supervisor in managing day-to-day project needs and workflows.
  • Manage project estimates and approval processes.
  • Prepare and quality-check materials for client presentations and internal meetings.
  • Ship and track deliverables (media, archive, and client distribution).
  • Support localization and delivery of global campaigns across social, digital, film, and occasional event work.
  • Partner with the Account Executive and international production teams to localize campaigns for the Canadian market.
  • Consolidate feedback and coordinate follow-up actions across teams to keep projects moving.
  • Coordinate asset delivery timing and specifications with media agency OMD.
  • Assist the Account Executive in managing legal approvals with Business Affairs and the client.
  • Support legal and business affairs processes, including talent agreements, DISCLAIMERS, and approvals.
  • Review concepts, scripts, storyboards, and edits for English and French Canadian considerations.
  • Work with in-house counsel on risk assessments.
  • Coordinate TV censorship submissions.
  • Negotiate and draft templated agreements for voiceovers, union and non-union talent, photographers, apps, and similar partners.
  • Support development and tracking of legal DISCLAIMERS.
  • Prepare production finance documentation, including ballparks and estimate cover sheets.
  • Attend shoots when required to provide on-the-ground support.
  • Partner with internal security teams to ensure the client’s confidentiality and security directives are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 0–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, production, or a related field (internships and relevant project work welcome).
  • Clear, confident communicator — able to write thoughtful emails, updates, and notes.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail across documents, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ability to track multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of digital, social, or content platforms is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of how creative projects move from brief to delivery.
  • Collaborative working style and comfort partnering across teams.
  • Genuine interest in culture, media, and how brands show up in the world — especially Apple.

The base pay range for this role is C $ 45,000 - 50,000
. Compensation may vary depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
