YOUR IMPACTThe GALE Development Program is a one-year hands‑on program that will set you upon the path of a career in culture‑forward, social‑first storytelling. Candidates will gain hands‑on learning in a multidisciplinary environment on how a creative team goes from ideation to execution, and how we communicate and collaborate with internal team members to deliver exceptional work. This knowledge will set you upon a path to ideate, plan, deploy and deliver assets from always‑on content to social‑first digital campaigns.
We are looking for a creative person, design thinker, and problem solver, who will work in a multidisciplinary environment to develop work that is distinctive and effective, combining visual panache with a taste for emerging technology. This program will start on June 2nd, 2026.
- The one year program is split into two phases: the learning phase and the mentorship phase.
- During the learning phase, you will focus on learning the fundamentals of creative concepting, the importance of deck building, design execution, and moving at the speed of culture. The learning phase culminates with a capstone project which will test your skills and knowledge and highlight your areas of strength and improvement.
- Upon completion of the learning phase, you will be paired with a mentor and work on client work for the remainder of the year to hone your skills in ideation and design.
- At the end of the Development Program, there may be an opportunity to pursue a role in your chosen domain, based on performance and business needs.

Basic understanding of digital design systems, design processes and front‑end implementation. - Understanding of design fundamentals including: typography, illustration and animation.
- First 3 months – Learning
- Learn the principles and basics of how to design in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides.
- Observe internal creative briefs and brainstorms, and shadow creative team members on how to refine, develop and execute an idea.
