**** Who We Are
** At Fidelity, we’ve been helping Canadian investors build better financial futures for over 35 years. We offer individuals and institutions a range of trusted investment portfolios and services - and we’re constantly seeking to find new and better ways to help our clients. As a privately owned company, we boldly embrace innovation in all areas as we continue to grow our business into the future.

You’ll translate complex market movements into compelling digital narratives across platforms, with Linked In as your flagship arena. Your work will elevate our voice, grow our reach, and strengthen our role as a credible, authoritative source with financial advisors and investors.
* You will lead our capital markets digital thought leadership program, creating social-first content that positions Fidelity as a timely, trustworthy and insight-driven source for market insights.
* You will manage our capital markets newsletter program, manage content calendars, production timelines, and promotional plans, ensuring publishing deadlines are met, and KPIs are achieved.
* Translate fast‐moving market developments into clear, compelling digital stories that strengthen our credibility and help audiences make sense of complex financial landscapes.
* You will collaborate and develop strong relationships with colleagues across teams, departments, and external partners to support strategic priorities (e.g. Sales, Product, Asset Management, Marketing, Compliance.)
* You will apply your capital markets knowledge to other digital initiatives, including production efforts towards Fidelity Canada’s webcast and podcast programs.
** What We Are Looking For:
*** University degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Journalism, or Communications.
* 5+ years of demonstrated success creating digital-first content for social platforms, particularly focused on financial markets and investing topics.
* Experience managing or producing Linked In newsletters and working with executives on thought‐leadership content.
* Deep understanding of capital markets, economic trends, corporate earnings, and news cycles that move investor sentiment.
* Ability to translate technical financial insights into engaging posts, carousels, scripts, and threads tailored to platform behaviors.
* Experience collaborating with editorial, subject‐matter experts, and compliance partners in regulated environments.
* Experience working in the Investment industry is a plus.
** The Expertise You Bring:
*** Strong journalistic instincts—news judgment, accuracy, clarity, and the ability to break down complex market topics quickly and cleanly.
* Expert‐level proficiency with Linked In, including formats, analytics, publishing cadence, algorithm dynamics, and newsletter strategy.
* A keen understanding of storytelling in digital and social environments, especially how to craft hooks and narratives that resonate.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills with a concise, polished style suited for professional financial audiences.
* A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, and deadlines change.
* Passion for journalism, the role of social media in the news cycle, and the role of asset managers in shaping investment conversations.
** Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
