We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer, who thrives in digital media and can support global creative needs. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Director, Principal of Brand and Creative Strategy, and cross‑functional teams worldwide to bring the brand to life through imaginative, high‑impact visuals.
This is a hands‑on design role for a professional who can balance creativity and precision in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You must be local to the GTA as the role requires being onsite at the downtown Toronto office twice per week.
Responsibilities Brand & Creative Leadership- Uphold and evolve the visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency in design, tone, and branding across digital and print media.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into innovative, high‑quality creative executions.
- Contribute fresh, original design ideas during brainstorms and campaign development.
- Design and optimize content for websites, landing pages, banners, product details pages (PDPs), and digital campaigns.
- Create on‑brand graphics for social media, email newsletters, digital ads, and partner retail platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams on UI/UX considerations, accessibility, and creative alignment.
- Act as the primary liaison for Shopify‑related design tasks.
- Design sales and marketing collateral, including product slide decks, spec sheets, and trade presentations.
- Localize and adapt graphics for use across various global channels.
- Develop engaging, production‑ready packaging from initial concept through final execution.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and CX teams to support diverse design needs.
- Design internal training materials and launch support content for new products and promotions.
- Maintain and organize the internal image and asset library.
Must‑Have Skills and
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop. - Experience with Figma and a strong knowledge of digital design workflows.
- Technical Skills

Excellent layout, typography, and visual communication skills. - Soft Skills
:
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to tackle multiple overlapping tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

- Bilingual Proficiency

Working proficiency in spoken Mandarin (ability to communicate reliably in job‑related conversations) and fluency in English. - Understanding of print design workflows and packaging design concepts.
- Experience creating 3D photorealistic renderings.
- Familiarity with web or app design principles.
- Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Agency world.
