We’re looking for a social-first content creator who understands how content actually works on Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts. This role is for someone who can concept, shoot, edit, and sometimes star in content that feels native to social platforms. You’ll work across branded campaigns, creator collaborations, and performance-driven assets, helping turn ideas into fast, engaging content that people actually want to watch.
You’ll be shooting both on location and in studio, working closely with creative and influencer teams, and using modern production tools, including AI-powered workflows, to move quickly and produce high volumes of content.

What You’ll Do Shoot Social-First Content- Capture video and photo content on-location and in studio for social campaigns and branded content.
- Film and photograph content optimized for vertical formats and fast-paced storytelling.
- Work quickly in agile production environments, from planned shoots to reactive trend-based content.
- Edit social content
- Cut fast, engaging edits optimized for platform retention and performance.
- Deliver assets for organic social and paid media
- Produce authentic, creator-style content, sometimes appearing on camera when appropriate.
- Help brands show up in ways that feel natural and native to social platforms.
- Translate campaign ideas into formats that actually perform in feeds.
- Nice to have:
Experience doing "Streeters" or public-style interviews
- Work closely with creative strategists, producers, and influencer teams.
- Contribute ideas for content concepts, social hooks, and trends.
- Help turn campaign strategies into practical shoot plans and content formats.
- Use emerging AI tools for ideation, editing, and content creation.
- Experiment with new creative workflows that increase speed and creative output.
- Stay ahead of social content trends and evolving creator formats.

- 3+ years producing social-first content.
- Strong experience shooting with an iPhone.
- Experience working with other cameras (DSLR) is considered an asset.
- Editing skills in Tik Tok, Instagram Edits, Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro
- Nice to have:
After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom - Understanding of Tik Tok, Reels, and You Tube Shorts storytelling styles.
- Comfortable creating UGC-style content and appearing on camera when needed.
- Strong instincts for what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Basic design or motion graphics skills are a plus.
- Experience using AI creative tools is a strong bonus. eg. VEO, Nano Banana, Adobe Fire Fly
- Experience working with brands, creators, or influencer campaigns.
- Understanding of performance marketing creative.
- Content that feels native to social platforms, not like traditional ads.
- Fast turnaround production without sacrificing quality.
- Creative ideas that translate into content people actually engage with.
- Staying ahead of social trends, sound bites, memes, tools, and formats.
