Job Description:
Existing Position.
Our Data, Digital and Design team includes digital marketers, media planners, analysts and creative thinkers. We bring together strategy, data and technology to design beautiful campaigns and social media content that deliver measurable impact for clients across sectors.
As a Designer on our team, you’ll collaborate closely with our in-house creative team, alongside strategists, researchers, and digital leads to bring ideas to life across campaigns, brands, and platforms. You’ll contribute to concept development and execution - designing everything from social and digital assets to campaign visuals - while helping shape how our work looks, feels, and performs. This is a highly collaborative, creative environment where designers have a real voice, are encouraged to lead with ideas, experiment with new tools (including AI-assisted design), and have fun building smart, impactful work together.
DesignExecution & Creative Production
- Develop high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media content, research deliverables, presentations, and client brand projects.
- Create digital-first content including social media graphics, infographics, motion snippets, landing page layouts, and email templates.
- Support the development and evolution of visual identities, including initial concepting, brand systems, and rollout materials.
- Work with a variety of design tools including:
Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Work closely with digital campaign strategists, researchers, social media teams, and client leads to translate messaging and insights into thoughtful, effective design solutions.
- Participate in creative concepting and strategic planning sessions for campaigns and client engagements.
- Ensure all design outputs adhere to accessibility, clarity, and technical best practices.
- Stay on top of all things design related, including best practices, guidelines and trends in design and art
- Join client meetings to present work, explain design rationale, and gather feedback where appropriate.
- Help refine and evolve visual directions based on client needs, project goals, and audience insights.
- Maintain strong attention to detail - typography, hierarchy, spacing, colour application, accessibility standards, version control.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously using Earnscliffe’s project management tools.
- Attend and participate in regular project and all-staff meetings
- Other duties and tasks, as assigned
